I should write file with a E2E Bridge service on a Linux server and set particular permissions at this file.

Obviously it’s not possible to set this permissions directly with the FileSystem – Adapter while writing the file. Is it possible to set the permissions afterwards with the System Adapter ? If yes, how can this be done, for instance  for permission “rwxrwxrwx” ?

Yes, you can change the file permissions with the System Adapter.

You can run the Unix command chmod to change the file permissions. The first parameter to the command are the file permissions (777 for rwxrwxrwx) and the second parameter is the file (my_file) or directory name. So in our example the complete command is.

    chmod 777 my_file
