    Where can I find the service repository of E2EMailJiraMonitoring. This is one of the utilities mentioned in the Sheer documentation. I just want to try this if it will help us monitor the errors encountered by the services.

    Do I need to also install Monitoring UI after I install the Monitoring Base service?

    Hi Dennis,
    we deliver the E2EMailJiraMonitoring on customer demands only. Please send your request via out support center at
    https://support.e2ebridge.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/3.

    The Monitoring UI is to manage the notifications for the particular errors. For instance, who shall get the notification, etc. However, it is not mandatory. If you not manage the errors with the UI, the mail notification is sent to the recipients mentioned in the setting of the E2EMailJiraMonitoring for all errors.
