According to a release bulletin: —– E2E Bridge 220.127.116.11:
This Bridge version contains E2E xUML Runtime 2015.17 with SAPNW. Features and improvements Java Runtime updated to version 8u60. Node.js Service settings support arrays now. SOAP/XML adapter: generate CDATA elements. The XML Composer now can compose strings as CDATA. You need: <<XMLElement>> stereotype xmlFormat = CDATA tag value classToXML() or <<SOAPDocumentOperation>> Does not work for SOAP/RPC encoding. —–
But how to set this tag on an imported xsd? It’s read-only….
The imported XSD file is read-only to signal that you will loose modifications if you re-import the XSD because it changed. But you can modify the read-only flag on the file-system and add the <<XMLElement>> stereotype to the imported XSD file (open as module in MagicDraw).
Does the XSD have a hint that an element is encoded as CDATA? Because then we could improve the importer to add the correct stereotype.
