The Bridge was installed with a domain user. When deploying a service with proxy, the proxy is does not start up. What can cause the issue?
In the proxy log, a access denied error message was displayed. It seems that the Console (domain user) has no permission to start up the proxy.
Solution: either put the domain user into the local administrator group or grant the user appropriate rights as explained here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/5752.how-to-grant-users-rights-to-manage-services-start-stop-etc.aspx
